When a sector opens with 4 seige camps and no attrition, it will fall in minutes. If you have never played in diamond league on a top guild, it can be vicious. That is a lot of extra firepower going down range, which means a lot less hate coming my way when the enemy shoots back. On average in a fight, I have 8 troops attacking with a 25% chance of crit each. Troops that take damage have the amount of damage they can deal reduced. Those crits aren't just about the one shot (although that is a very strong function). At least the troops are guaranteed daily. In my opinion, as a very heavy GbG fighter, this building is worth every FP I've put into all of my 80 levels. So to me the value is saving some troops, and I think you’re better adding more levels to Traz than bothering with Kraken. In the lower attrition ranges it may be reducing casualties somewhat but it isn’t allowing extra progression as I do fine without it. My experience is that Kraken killing one troop in the 90-100 range does not substantially affect which battles I win. The numbers and descriptions are indicative, others will have different ranges based on their combat. * 90 - 100 can only beat select armies on auto (cannot beat some armies on manual either) * 80 - 90 heavy losses unless careful selecting opponents * 70 - 80 moderate losses and heavy losses sometimes * 0 - 60 attrition few losses on auto against any battleground army My combat is “pretty good” and my experience of it is: Click to expand. This is the meat of it for me.
